Janitorial Staff

Job Summary

The Janitorial Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of all guest and employee areas throughout the resort. This includes restrooms, common areas, garbage removal, event spaces, and facility upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, with a primary focus on weekend operations.

Essential Functions

• Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms throughout operating hours.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of lodges, common areas, walkways, decks, patios, and outdoor guest spaces.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and address issues promptly throughout the shift.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning procedures for assigned areas.
• Assist with event setup, cleanup, and teardown as needed.
• Maintain supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
• Respond promptly to spills, hazards, and sanitation concerns.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to support resort operations and special projects.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and code compliance for guests and staff daily.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests while maintaining work areas.
• Other duties assigned by Manager, Senior Team, or VP/GM.
