Janitorial Team Lead

Pay: $20.00 per hour (Paid biweekly)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Every other weekend off!)
Location/Work Type: On-site at Globe Center Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560 (Fast-paced manufacturing environment)
Requirements: 1+ years of janitorial/custodial leadership experience; ability to thrive in an active, loud industrial facility; reliable transportation

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Section Lead, you will guide a close-knit crew to keep a high-speed production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Direct daily tasks as the on-site custodial lead, ensuring quality standards are met across all production areas.
Support, motivate, and train team members as an active cleaning team lead on the floor.
Inspect work zones, maintain chemical and equipment inventory, and enforce plant safety protocols.

What You Bring To The Team

Demonstrated lead or supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or custodial operations.
Comfort working 12-hour shifts in an energetic, loud industrial setting.
A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
