JAPAC Medical Execution Lead
- Partner with GPMDs to deliver comprehensive abovecountry external medical and scientific engagement strategy across pre-launch and commercialized products
- Partner with country TA and MSL teams on integrating strategic insights to inform Medical and cross-functional strategy governed by GPMDs; cascading global new initiatives including but not limited to digital/Al project with fit-to-purpose spirit
- To maximize above-country strategy and tactics in region and country
- Assess, align and execute key above-country projects in assigned therapeutic areas, ensure alignment of key global strategic programs with local business priorities
- Champion key medical excellence framework including 1) medical launch excellence, 2) AUEG & 3) Implementation Science principles in alignment with JAPAC medical excellence standard
- Ensure broad and deep collaboration with local stakeholders, uncover key pain points, suggest & execute potential solutions with Professional Societies and Coop Groups in coordination country medical team
- Integrate and drive above country OL engagement plan
- Ensure execution of key activities, incl. JAPAC·led congresses, ad boards & councils, education programs, policy and advocacy, and consortia
- Ensure conduct of all activities in full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
