[Japan] MES Engineer (MESエンジニア)

RoviSysの製造実行システム（MES）エンジニアとして、ソフトウェアプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。プロセス制御（制御システム）と上位システムの間での情報共有の自動化、あるいは経営判断に活用できる情報の整理・可視化・レポート化など、クライアントの課題に合わせたカスタムソフトウェアの設計・開発を担当します。

主な業務内容

• 製造システムの情報を集約するため、適切な技術を用いて産業向けソフトウェアソリューションを設計・実装
• MES（Manufacturing Execution System）ソリューションの設計・実装
• クライアントのプロセスに対し、リアルタイムで実行可能な（actionable）情報を提供
• ギャップ分析およびユーザー要件定義ワークショップへの参加
• MOP(技術手順書)、SOP（標準作業手順書）、各種ドキュメント作成の支援
• RoviSysのエンジニア、パートナー企業、顧客担当者と連携し、チーム環境でプロジェクトを推進
• ISO準拠のプロジェクトマネジメントを理解し、遵守して業務を遂行
• RoviSysシニアエンジニアによる研修に参加し、スキル習得・向上を図る

使用技術

• RDB：MS SQL、PostgreSQL、MySQL、Oracle など
• プログラミング言語：Python、C++、C#
• MESプラットフォーム
• BI／分析ツール：Power BI、Tableau、Qlik Sense など
• 連携プロトコル：REST API、OPC、OLEDB、SECS/GEM

Description of work

• Design and implement industrial software solutions using appropriate technologies to aggregate manufacturing system information
• Design and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
• Provide clients with real-time, actionable information regarding their processes
• Participate in gap analysis and user requirements definition workshops
• Assist in the preparation of MOP (Methods of Procedure), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and various documentation
• Collaborate with RoviSys engineers, partner companies, and client stakeholders to drive projects in a team environment
• Understand and adhere to ISO-compliant project management practices
• Participate in training conducted by RoviSys senior engineers to acquire and enhance skills
