Position: Japanese Speaking Software Developer Industry: IT / Software Development Location: Taguig Schedule: Dayshift Salary Range: Php 70,000 – 120,000 Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Basic proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N5 or equivalent) for communication with clients and documentation • Strong foundation in software development, preferably with ASP.Net or related frameworks • Knowledge of databases, coding best practices, and software development life cycle • Good communication skills in English for collaboration with local and global teams • Prior experience in IT/software development projects is an advantage Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain software applications using ASP.Net and other relevant technologies • Collaborate with Japanese speaking clients and team members to clarify requirements and project goals • Translate technical specifications into functional solutions • Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with industry standards • Provide support and troubleshooting for application issues • Work with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope Recruitment Process • Initial Interview • Technical Assessment • Hiring Manager Interview • Job Offer
