Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
- Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
- Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
- Must be able to speak basic English
- Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
- JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
- Must have a technical language and knowledge of Java Dev, Java Core
- The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills ( Java Dev, Java Core)
- With working experience in the required IT skills for at least 1 year and above
- Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
- The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
- Applicants located in Japan can apply
- Salary is Negotiable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and implementing Java-based applications
- Analyzing user requirements to inform application design
- Debugging and troubleshooting Java applications
- Resolving Technical Problems that may arise
- Implementing security measures to protect applications
- Creating technical documentation for reference
- Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of Java applications
- Conducting code reviews, and ensuring coding best practices
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Java trends and technologies
