アンダーズ 東京及びホテル虎ノ門ヒルズのCluster Director of Engineeringとして以下の業務をお任せ致します
・ビルマネージメント業務の管理
・修繕計画や見積取得・発注、及び施設運営上のハード面における業務
・維持保全上の設備投資案件（設備機器・家具備品等の更新、リノベーション等）の計画検討及び実施管理
・維持保全に対する最適な管理運営のための中長期的且つ総合的な視野での検討・計画及び調整・実施
・Management of building operations
・Planning, obtaining quotations, and placing orders for repair work, as well as handling facility operations related to physical infrastructure
・Planning, evaluation, and execution management of capital investment projects for maintenance and preservation (such as replacement of equipment, furniture, and fixtures, and renovation projects)
・Examination, planning, coordination, and implementation of optimal maintenance and facility management from a medium‑ to long‑term and comprehensive perspective
