What You’ll Be Doing
Develop enterprise applications using the Mendix Low-Code Platform
Translate client requirements into functional and technical solutions
Participate in Agile / Scrum activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements
Understand client business processes and recommend opportunities for improvement
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal development teams
Participate in client-facing projects and build strong professional relationships
Support project implementation at client sites when required
Participate in international projects and client engagements
Stay updated on new technologies and software development practices
Travel internationally when required for project assignments
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business IT Management, or a related field
1–5 years of software development experience
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent
Good communication skills in English and Japanese
Experience with Agile / Scrum development
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Interested in Low-Code / Mendix technology
Willing to travel internationally when required
Added Advantage:
Experience with Mendix
Experience with React Native
Previous experience in client-facing or consulting projects
