Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are recruiting Japanese-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support Japanese-speaking customers by phone, chat and email from our site in Greece. You will resolve questions and requests accurately and record every interaction in our systems. You will join an international team and work closely with colleagues across different languages and countries.

This role is urgent, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. Shifts are planned in advance and rotate across the week.

Requirements

• Fluent Japanese, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Good English is an advantage.
• Based in Greece, or willing to relocate.
• Availability for shifts across the week, including some weekends.
• Previous customer service experience and comfort using chat tools and a CRM are advantages.
