Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
Our client, a well-known firm is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking IT Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT setup and troubleshooting support, focusing on internal team needs.
Configure and resolve issues related to PCs, Wi-Fi, Internet connections, and application systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers and hubs.
Plan, implement, verify, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN environments.
Manage server configuration, maintenance, and operations effectively.
Construct and troubleshoot network security solutions, including VPN and firewalls.
Propose, implement, and optimize IT environment improvement plans, ensuring operational integrity.
Maintain accurate documentation related to IT processes and operations.
Perform administrative duties and offer customer service related to IT functions to Japanese speaking customers and vendors
Conduct troubleshooting and training on business systems as requested from Japan HQ
Maintain and update VBA programs for operational needs.
Requirements:
Degree in IT or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese customers and Japan HQ
