Japanese Technical Translator & Interpreter (Japan Placement)

Role:

• Japanese-English and English-Japanese translation of documents and emails in the automotive engineering field
• Translation/interpretation at the project meeting (Japanese to English, English to Japanese)
• (For effective communication between native Japanese-speaking customers and native English-speaking team members)
• Communication with the development team Email, phone, web base, face-to-face meetings with domestic and foreign members

Skills:

• N1, with proficiency in English
• More than 2 years of translation experience in the engineering field (automotive-related) (Japanese English, English Japanese)
  b) Model-based development
• Familiar with model-based development in Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow
  
• Optimize the size and execution time of the model
• Knowledge in automotive-related fields (especially related to AD/ADAS systems)
  
• BE/ME - E&E / Automobile / ECE
• Understanding ADAS system requirements for functions such as ACC, CC, speed limiter, and LKA for OEMs
• Familiar with the functional and logic specifications
