Main Responsibilities:
- Provide information on the direction of the service strategy, the market, competitor trends, economic and market trends, internal resources, and the direction of the Daikin Group.
- Aggregate and provide various service data (KPIs, sales).
- Monitor, review and keep all service processes up to date. Point out areas for improvement in current processes to the service manager and drive potential changes.
- Translate all materials (training, messages) within the deadline.
- Provide interpretation support for meetings.
- Convey manager's messages in the local language to ensure they are understood.
- Corporate Ethics:
- Promote the Daikin Corporate Philosophy and ensure Core Values are adhered to in all company matters.
Main Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills (N3 level)
- Ability to use Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally
