Java Analyst Programmer / Senior Analyst Programmer

Job Duties

• Develop, enhance, and test applications

• Work with the team to develop and maintain web applications and backend systems

• Provide system support and maintenance

• Work closely with senior developers and/or system analysts on system implementation

• Participate in the design, development, and integration of AI-powered applications, intelligent automation solutions, and Generative AI features

• Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies to enhance system functionality, operational efficiency, and user experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Candidates with less experience will also be considered

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Experience in:

  • Java, Spring Boot, React.js; or

  • DevOps, CI/CD

• Experience integrating AI services or APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, chatbot frameworks, intelligent document processing solutions) is preferred

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or AI application frameworks is a plus

• Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn

• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
