Job Title: Java Backend / Full Stack Engineer + AI + API

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend / Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java, API development, System Design, and AI integration. The candidate will develop scalable backend applications, integrate AI capabilities, build enterprise APIs, and improve application performance and reliability.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Backend & Full Stack Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
• Strong knowledge of System Design, Software Architecture, and scalable applications.
• Experience with Python or Golang is an added advantage.

AI & Generative AI Skills

• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into backend applications.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and LLM API integration.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, Function Calling, and MCP is an advantage.
• Experience developing AI-powered APIs and intelligent automation solutions.

Cloud, DevOps & Reliability

• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Monitoring, Observability, Application Performance, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• REST API development and Microservices.
• System Design and Software Architecture.
• AI/GenAI integration and LLM-based application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
