Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
- Senior experience in Java and Spring Boot
- 3+ years in architecture role.
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or products highly appreciated.
- Fluent understanding of network and cybersecurity aspects of complex applications.
- Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.
- Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—equally comfortable with engineers and executives.
- Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
- Fluent English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
