Java Back End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, and distributed caching technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications and services in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 8 and above versions.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Implement caching solutions using Redis, Hazelcast, Ehcache, or similar technologies to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Create technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
