We are currently looking for: Java Back End – Junior
Requirements:
We are currently looking for a Java Back End – Junior to join a challenging project, contributing to the development and enhancement of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
Required Competencies:
- Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
- Experience developing and enhancing backend software components
- Ability to execute development tasks independently while applying development best practices and standards
- Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges by analysing recurring patterns and proposing effective solutions
- Experience collaborating with team members to continuously improve software components and development processes
- Active participation in Sprint Planning and Review sessions
- Ability to contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to development-related challenges
- Knowledge-sharing mindset to support team goals and collective technical expertise
- Knowledge of modern software development and Agile practices
- English – minimum C1
- Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

- Microservices Architecture
- Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS)
- Docker

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €1.600–€1.900 gross/month
Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
