We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer with deep Java expertise and practical AI experience, particularly in Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, reliable production systems and integrating AI-driven solutions.
Key Qualifications
- Java: Typically 5+ years of experience, with deep knowledge of JVM internals, memory management, garbage collection, concurrency, virtual threads, and performance tuning.
- AI & Agentic AI: Practical experience with AI technologies, particularly AI agents, agent orchestration, tool integration, and AI-powered applications.
- Backend & Distributed Systems: Experience building scalable customer-facing services, REST APIs, authentication, authorisation, and distributed systems.
- Data & Caching: Knowledge of Cassandra, Redis, Memcached, or similar technologies.
- DevOps & Testing: Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, GitHub, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and architectural discussions.
Contract: Initial 12 months
