Role: Java Backend Developer Lead
Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Noida/Chandigarh (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)

Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+
- Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
- Good understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and clean architecture
- Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
- Strong database knowledge with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing
- Good understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization mechanisms
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-native architectures
