Summary
On-site Java backend developer in Ramallah who troubleshoots and improves code, develops new programs and features, reports to clients/leadership, and takes the lead on projects. Core stack is Java with Spring Boot plus relational and non-relational databases; Terraform/AWS experience is a plus.
Responsibilites
- Compile and analyze data, processes,
and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify
areas for
improvement.
- Developing ideas for new programs,
products, or features by monitoring industry
developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper
parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Participating in continuing education and
training to remain current on best practices, learn
new programming languages, and better assist other
team members.
- Taking lead on projects, as
needed.
Requirements

Bachelor’s
degree in computer programming, computer science, or a
related field.

3-5
years of professional experience in Java and object oriented
programming.
- Solid
Java framework experience (Spring Boot, data, web,...)
- English
language proficiency.

Strong
Algorithms & problem solving Skills
- Relational
and Non relational database development experience.
- Experience
in Infrastructure as code tooling (e.g. Terraform or AWS) is
a plus.
