Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL/MySQL and implement caching layers using Redis or Hazelcast for low-latency responses. Build secure, scalable services with JWT/OAuth2 authentication, rate limiting, and audit logging aligned with enterprise SLAs. Collaborate with frontend and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI). Monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents using APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and implement automated health checks. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and architectural decisions to maintain code quality and system resilience.
