Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Account Manager @ Ubique Systems

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 2–3 days weekly onsite)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable) – B2B / freelancer contract.

Required Education: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

• Feel at home in various ecosystems and programming environments such as Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot/Cloud), Node/Typescript (React), cloud systems, infrastructure as code (Terraform), microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Participate in the full product development process – from problem understanding, solution design, to delivery and production operation.
• Apply and uphold good software engineering practices.
• Provide support, guidance, and encourage best practices within the development team.
• Contribute to continuous development of standards and explore modern technologies to boost innovation and productivity.
• Assist in identifying, measuring, automating, and leveraging data to improve engineering processes and support business digital product improvement.
