ALTEN Polska is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our Warsaw team. You will design, develop and maintain backend applications, drive performance improvements, and collaborate within a Scrum team on the Workflow Kredytowy project in Finansowania Biznesu.
The role requires 3–5 years of backend experience, strong knowledge of microservices, Kafka, Docker, PostgreSQL, and OpenShift/Kubernetes, plus Jenkins/GitLab, Jira and Confluence experience.
