JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer to maintain and support our production systems. The role involves investigating and resolving issues through code tracing, log analysis, and database queries, as well as providing timely responses, documentation, and configuration adjustments when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain Java backend systems and API services
• Perform daily troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system errors
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to unexpected production issues

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or related frameworks)
• Solid understanding of relational databases
• Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis
• Proficiency in common Linux commands and system operations
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems

• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker is a plus
