Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Technology and Information Systems.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in Java back-end development (preferably Java 17 or 21).
- This position requires full-time, on-site work at the office.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of how Java works: memory layout (stack/heap), object references, GC basics.
- Knowledge of standard Java collections.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, non- blocking I/O, and their execution models.
- Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
- Ability to write high-performance, maintainable and reusable code.
- Experience in Project Reactor, or at least with similar technologies like RxJava or VertX would be a great plus.
