Java Developer
Summary
Build and maintain Java-based software for financial systems using Spring, AWS, and SQL while collaborating in Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using Java
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new software applications and features
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Follow Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience working with Java and Spring framework
- Experience of working with AWS as well as on-premises systems
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- Hands-on experience working with Git, Sonar, Snyk, or other versioning, code quality, and vulnerability management applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of investment management and accounting systems will be an advantage, but not necessary
- Experience working in Agile teams
