Strong hands-on JAVA/J2EE development experience

Strong Web Services development experience Experience with SOA and EDA architecture/Design skills on a J2EE platform

Experience with key enterprise integration design patterns

Experience working with various design tools to produce architecture and design artifacts

Experience with performance testing/monitoring and tuning Java applications on weblogic/Tomcat platform

Ability to solve problems and grasp concepts quickly

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills

Experience working with key SOA & ROA patterns, OSGI, SCA, Spring Container is a plus

Experience working with any EBSs is a plus
