Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Software Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions using Java technologies, AWS, and application architecture.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in building and managing critical applications;
- Must have strong hands-on experience in Java, Struts, Spring Framework, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, and HTML;
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Apache Tomcat;
- Strong experience with Oracle 19c database;
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, including Solaris;
- Strong SQL query fine-tuning and troubleshooting skills;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Desired Skill-set
- AWS Cloud experience;
- DevOps experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
Responsibilities
- Plan application architecture and design technical solutions;
- Develop Java and web applications on AWS and on-premises;
- Provide hands-on coding and prototyping support;
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs);
- Support build, deployment, and testing phases;
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices;
- Conduct performance and capacity assessments;
- Troubleshoot complex engineering problems and support critical applications.
