Responsibilities
- Designing and developing backend Java applications according to requirements and standards
- Implementing and enhancing RESTful APIs
- Working with databases (SQL) and optimizing queries
- Collaborating with the team on system architecture design and development
- Writing and maintaining unit tests
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality
- Cooperating with analysts, testers, and other team members
- Supporting deployment processes and CI/CD
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Previous work designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of systems such as Kafka, Redis, ServiceMesh
- Ability to write unit tests
- Required to reside in Poland and have fluent Polish language skills
