Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with experience in developing, maintaining, and improving backend applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Integrate backend services with other applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Use Git for version control and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Java 8 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience with Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Knowledge of unit testing using JUnit or Mockito.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and exception handling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging tools.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
