About the Role:

The Citco Governance Services Development Team is currently looking for a Java Developer that is a team player. You will be working in a cross-functional team to build, test and deliver applications for the financial services industry. You will be interfacing with a local Dev Manager and stakeholders in Europe and North America and some workday offset will be required.

Job Duties in Brief:

• Develop and maintain our current Drools implementation

• Develop integration services with other enterprise applications

• Participate in deployment and basic configuration

• Adhere to development best practices and stay current with development technologies

• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation

• Must be able to meet deadlines and changing priorities in a high-pressured environment

• Learn TIBCO ESB Technologies to support the ESB / SOA Team

About You:

• 2+ years Java knowledge and experience.

• Eclipse IDE

• Experienced in building and integrating services using REST, JSON and XML.

• Ability to effectively communicate design and technology decisions to the larger project team and stakeholders

• Understanding of Relational Databases and ability to write ANSI compliant SQL

• Experience with Redhat, JBoss and Drools

• Experience with GIT

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of SDLC and ITSM change management practices

• Knowledge of financial industry
