- Design and develop full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows
- Maintain and scale the core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary authentication and authorization platform
- Implement IDaaS solutions including Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control
- Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met in alignment with global regulations
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions for business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues to ensure optimal system performance
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning and cooperation
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and stand-ups
Требования:
- 3–5 Years of full-stack development experience with deep proficiency in Java and Python
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A documented track record of using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude to improve engineering velocity and code quality
- Deep expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, cloud-native IAM architecture, and API-first design principles
- Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle and secure-by-design practices
- Strong knowledge of modern cryptography and data protection standards
