- Design and develop scalable, well-documented backend solutions meeting high volume and low-latency standards;
- Deliver high-availability systems for video and interactive teams;
- Continuously develop the server platform;
- Translate roadmap priorities into concrete deliverables;
- Work on custom projects and implementations for major customers;
- Shape new platform features;
- Launch scalable features for the interactive live streaming platform;
- Tune performance and create high-quality concurrent code for peak loads.
Требования
- More than 5 years of experience as a backend developer;
- Experience building scalable, high-performance systems;
- Strong reliability and low-latency performance focus;
- Ownership of translating roadmap priorities into robust server-side solutions and platform features;
- Strong focus on performance tuning, concurrency, and system stability under high traffic and peak load conditions;
- Hands-on experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, and MongoDB;
- Nice to have: AWS, Redis, CircleCI.

Annual base salary between € 65.000 and € 80.000 gross, including holiday allowance, based on a 40 hour work week;
