- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Good knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot through university projects, internships, or personal projects.
- Good understanding of database design, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of the software development process.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
