Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java technologies
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA testers, and other developers to deliver project requirements
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 14 years of experience in software development using Java
- Strong understanding of OOP, Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, or similar), and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in banking/financial projects is a plus
