Java Developer – Trading Data| Hybrid 4 days in office | Warsaw
You will:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for trading data platform and trade booking/control systems
- Scale the platform and build dashboards to increase platform usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate systems and optimize performance
- Work with AI-driven development tools and AI agents
- Contribute to the platform's move to the cloud (AWS)
You bring:
- 5+ years of commercial Java experience (Java 21, moving to Java 25)
- Familiarity with other languages such as C++ and Python
- Experience with Kafka, Gitlab and monitoring tools (Prometheus/SRE principles)
- Database experience (Hazelcast, MongoDB, SingleStore, Spanner)
- Experience with Java frameworks (in-house Boltweb; Spring experience beneficial)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
