TEKsystems supports a banking client building scalable backend services for modern digital banking platforms, including secure, resilient, and high-performing financial products.

Задачи:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting customer-facing financial products;
• Produce clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code aligned with engineering standards;
• Build highly available, resilient, and scalable microservices for cloud-native architectures;
• Develop event-driven solutions using modern messaging technologies;
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for backend platforms;
• Develop and deploy applications within AWS cloud environments;
• Support containerised workloads using Kubernetes and Docker;
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and DevOps practices;
• Ensure observability and monitoring across services;
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical refinement sessions;
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting functional and non-functional needs;
• Contribute to engineering process, tooling, and quality improvements;
• Act as a subject matter expert on backend technologies and patterns;
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support;
• Promote engineering standards, code review practices, and software craftsmanship;
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the backend engineering chapter.

Требования:

• Strong commercial experience in backend software development;
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Micronaut;
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices;
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and distributed systems;
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker;
• Knowledge of messaging technologies and event-driven systems;
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex distributed environments;
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries, experience building highly secure applications and handling sensitive data, CI/CD pipeline development and automation, observability tooling, monitoring and logging platforms, understanding of data-driven product development and analytics.

• B2B contract;
• Must have or be eligible to set up a Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Sp. z o.o.) before starting;
• 2 Days per month onsite in Warsaw.
