Задачи

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Java
• Create and support scalable REST APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to deliver new functionalities
• Help design reliable, secure, and high-performing systems
• Work within Agile teams and contribute through CI/CD-based delivery processes
• Perform code reviews, implement automated testing, and assist with production support
• Drive improvements in development standards, tooling, and overall code quality

Требования

• 6 Years of experience
• Proven commercial experience with Java versions 8, 11, or 17+
• Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Practical experience with RESTful services and microservices-based systems
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Maven or Gradle
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
• Strong English communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with Kafka or MQ, background in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries

Условия

• The client requires a visit to the Kraków office 8 times per month
• Technical interview with external company (Karat)
• 1.5-Hour technical interview at the end client office
• Cultural fit interview
• If a candidate successfully completes the recruitment process, identification verification will be required prior to employment, including a one-time online inspection of a government-issued photo ID
• Background check possible
• Client has the right to require MTA (Mandatory Time Away) for up to 10 days per year, usually in December
