Summary
ARCS is hiring Intermediate and Senior Java Developers in Centurion to design, build, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices with Angular front-ends for enterprise, cloud-native, API-driven systems. Day-to-day involves Spring (Boot, MVC, JPA, Security), REST/SOAP integrations, messaging (JMS, IBM MQ, AWS SQS), Oracle/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
The role requires expertise in Java and Spring technologies, front-end development using Angular, and the development of cloud-native, API-driven, and distributed systems. The successful candidate will leverage modern engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and solution delivery.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualification:

- Relevant IT Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience within financial services is advantageous
- Investment industry experience will be highly advantageous
- 4-6 years of software development experience
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and API development
- Experience working with enterprise applications and integrated solutions
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications, integrations, and microservices
