Remote Java Developer working on South African banking systems, focused on card/EFT and payments integrations. Day to day: building services in Java (Spring Boot, JPA, Maven) on AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, Kinesis, SQS), maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and contributing in Scrum teams.
- SA Banking experience. Specifically around Card / EFT / payments integrations if possible.
- AWS cloud computing experience essential (ECS, Cloud formation, Lambda, RDS, Kinesis, SQS, Containerization)
- Continuous integration and understanding of code pipelines and code repository management
- Solid Java experience (Spring boot, JPA, Maven)
