What You Will Do:

• Design & Architect: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud microservices architecture.

• Database & Performance Tuning: Optimize database structures and queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle, applying SQL optimization, index design, and PL/SQL capabilities.

• System Operations & Resilience: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues, perform Java code-reading, conduct log analysis, and support system stability across online production environments.

• Agile Collaboration: Participate in the full SDLC within fast-paced enterprise environments, taking ownership of system refactoring, bug identification, and technical problem-solving.
  

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Logistics, or related technical fields.

• Experience Tracking:

  • Junior / Fresh Graduates Track: Openings available for entry-level candidates with solid Java OOP foundations, computer science backgrounds, or related technical degrees.

  • Intermediate Track: Minimum 1+ to 3+ years of professional Java development or technical operations experience.

  • Enterprise Senior Track: Minimum 5+ years of experience with deep mastery of Java OOP, microservices, system optimization, or cloud-native infrastructure.

• Tech Stack Ecosystem:

  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and ORM/Data frameworks (MyBatis, Spring Data JPA, or Hibernate).

  • Core Java: Solid foundation in Java programming fundamentals, object-oriented design (OOP), design patterns, and JVM principles/tuning.

  • Tools: Proficiency in development, build, and management tools, including Git, Gradle, Maven, and Jira.

  • Databases & Middleware: Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server), SQL optimization, and mainstream distributed middleware.
    

Bonus / Specialist Skills (Absolute Huge Advantage):

• Experience with containerization, cloud-native environments, or DevOps infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes/K8s operations, CI/CD, ELK Stack, Grafana).
• Prior development or maintenance experience in large-scale Supply Chain systems (e.g., SCI, LOC, POCM), Lenovo internal systems, or e-commerce platforms.
  

Language Requirement:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required as the primary working language for technical documentation and daily operations.
• Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a significant plus (and mandatory for specific regional tracks) to facilitate seamless technical communication and daily collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders.
