Java Developer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Java + Spring Boot experience.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Python, Node.js, Go, and Rust are all mentioned as must-haves.
• Reactive programming: Spring WebFlux / Project Reactor.
• Microservices + Kafka.
• Databases: MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Application performance tuning is explicitly a must.
• Real-time debugging, RCA, and production issue resolution.
• Git + Agile/Scrum and ability to work independently/lead or support.
• Important: WebRTC, Angular/RxJS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Prometheus/Grafana, and lending API integrations are good to have, not mandatory.
