Job Description:

As a Sr. Java Developer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Mandatory Technical skills: - Java Spring Boot, AWS & BPM

Responsibilities: -

· Technical expertise Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for enterprise applications. Define coding guidelines, and best practices.

· Drive technical discussions with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

· Perform architecture reviews and code reviews. Mentor developers and groom future technical leaders. Ensure adherence to security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.

· Application Development Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

· Build RESTful APIs and event-driven systems. Implement cloud-native applications on AWS. Integrate enterprise applications using modern integration patterns.

· Drive application modernization initiatives.

· BPM Solutions Design and implement workflow automation solutions using BPM platforms.

· Analyze business processes and convert them into digital workflows. Implement human tasks, business rules, case management, and process orchestration.

· Optimize and automate business workflows
