Java Developer (Major Insurance Firm)

Salary: $34,000 – $50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.

• Maintain data privacy and security compliance across all financial and customer records.

• Collaborate with business analysts, frontend developers, and QA teams to ship features on time.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and database queries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience using Java (Java 11+ preferred).

• Strong experience with framework ecosystems like Spring Boot and Spring MVC.

• Proficient with relational databases and ORM frameworks.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

• Knowledge of standard CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or insurance domain is a plus.
