Requirements:- Proven experience as a Java Developer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience building applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience using Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control platforms.
- Familiarity with Maven or Gradle build and dependency management tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Previous experience working within Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Active SC Clearance required.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Build and enhance solutions using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and microservices architectures.
- Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and DevOps engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding best practices and quality standards.
- Support unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD delivery processes and automated deployment pipelines.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation where required.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to application stability, performance, and reliability.
