Role: Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java and Java 8/11+.
• Design and develop backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with databases such as Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Implement messaging using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging and performance improvements.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design and estimation.
• Handle application modernization and migration activities.
• Collaborate with clients/business teams and understand requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and coordinate technical activities.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD tools.
