Location: Krakow/Warsaw - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Build efficient, scalable, and reliable backend services and APIs using core Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Cloud Migration: Assist in migrating legacy systems and analytic engines to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Architecture Modernization: Contribute to a microservices-based architecture, implementing event-driven communication (e.g., Kafka).
• Quality & Testing: Write clean, robust code with automated unit and integration tests following TDD (Test-Driven Development) principles.
• Collaboration: Work within agile multidisciplinary teams alongside Business Analysts, QA engineers, and global stakeholders.
• Operations & DevOps: Support platform operations, apply DevOps best practices, and troubleshoot production incidents.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Core Skills: Professional software development experience.
• Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Architecture & Databases: Microservices design patterns, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
• Messaging & Cloud: Experience with event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• Soft Skills: Fluent English communication skills; analytical mindset with a strong interest in banking or financial domains.
