A banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE is urgently hiring an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor and Java microservices. The role focuses on L2/L3 application support, microservices architecture, workflow orchestration and enterprise banking applications.

The successful candidate will work with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, message queues and CI/CD technologies to support and maintain critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java microservices and Orkes Conductor.
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Java-based applications.
• Work with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor for workflow orchestration.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with message queue technologies including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support application deployments and release activities.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and development teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with banking and technology teams to maintain reliable production systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong L2/L3 support experience with Java microservices and Orkes Conductor.
• Hands-on experience with Orkes Conductor or Netflix Conductor is mandatory.
• Strong Java 8 or above experience.
• Strong Spring Boot experience.
• Strong Spring Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub Actions.
• Banking domain experience.
• Notice period must be between 0 and 30 days.
• Candidates should strictly meet the mandatory technical requirements.
