Job Description
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot
- Design and build RESTful APIs for frontend and system integrations
- Manage and optimize database schemas and queries (MySQL / SQL Server)
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems
- Implement clean, maintainable code following OOP, design patterns, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver end-to-end features
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in software development
- Knowledge in Agile framework of running projects
- Excellent understanding in the concept of APIs and Frontend-Backend communication
- Strong knowledge in Java Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge in SQL Server, Mysql efficient table schema & database querying
- Knowledge of modern development principles and best practices (Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, unit testing, continuous integration and deployment)
- Good teamwork skills, capable in collaborating with other team members
- Have experience in Banking Industry will be a plus
- A self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end
