Production Support Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, React) – Insurance Project
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to be placed on a project with a leading insurance client.
6-month contract with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
Handle, analyze, and resolve production incident tickets reported by business users
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and support the implementation of permanent fixes
Coordinate with business users and internal teams to ensure issues/requests are completed properly
Provide progress updates to users until issues are resolved
Support planned validation activities (weekend/night deployment) when required
Requirements
Experience in Production/Application Support
Familiar with React, TypeScript
Nice to have: experience with AWS (S3, DynamoDB, SQS), PostgreSQL, JWT/OAuth
Prior experience in banking or insurance industry is a plus
Ready to onboard ASAP
Employment Type: 6-month contract (possibility to extend)
